19:00 Social Run of 5 miles with regular regrouping. Option for some runners to cut this shorter to more like 4 miles Runners ahould be able to run at 12 minute/mile pace or quicker Meet at Racquets. Faster runners can always loop back to the main group to get extra mileage
 
Wednesday 19:00 Winter Months (mid September to mid April)
Street Run around Thame
of approx 7 miles, re-grouping stops

Pace of this group is suggested minimal 8.00 – 8.30 minute/mile pace


Meet at Racquets 
Wednesday 19:00 Summer Months (mid April to mid September) – SWET run in surrounding countryside.  Regrouping All abilities but minimal 12 minute/mile pace. Usually 2 groups with slower group doing 4.5-5.5 miles and faster group doing more like 6-7 miles See SWET run schedule on the website for locations
